Strickly Bizzness, LLC services are used for newly constructed or post-renovation properties. They are performed on a one-time basis, and split up into two or three separate cleanings. We first perform a rough cleaning which is a clean-out of all debris and garbage left behind by various contractors from the property. High dusting of the ceiling, walls, moldings and air vents will be performed, as well as etching windows and glass and cleaning of lights and fans.
The second cleaning is the final cleaning, where cleanup will focus on detailing the kitchen, bathroom, windows and floors. All appliances and fixtures will be sanitized, windows will be etched and washed, and floors will be scraped, vacuumed and wet mopped. The last optional cleaning is the fluff cleaning, where light maintenance will be performed on the residence while it is still on the market prior to the new owner/tenant moving in.
